Phones listed and not listed
As Greentec.org are specializing to recycle specific models with high returns to our customers. If you can not find your handset in the lists, please email us on services@greentec.org.uk with the maker and model, we will then provide a quotation for you accordingly
Handsets grading guidelines:
Greentec will grade your phone fairly and accurately as below criteria:
Grade A - Working phone in excellent condition as new, battery, charger, accessories, and original boxes required (if accessories or boxes can not be provided, then the phone value will be discounted by up to 5% Max depending on the model of the phone)
Grade B - Working phone in good condition with slight cosmetic blemishes, battery, charger and accessories, and original boxes required (if accessories or boxes can not be provided, then the phone value will be discounted by up to 5% Max depending on the model of the phone)
Grade C - Working phone in poor cosmetic condition, but working well, with battery required (if battery can not be provided, then the phone value will be discounted by up to 5% Max depending on the model of the phone)
IMEI number:
On the back of mobile phone, there is an unique reference code as IMEI number, which is designed to allow manufacturers track the usage and location of the handsets.
This number can be found either:
On the back of handset under the battery, there shows the IMEI number, the make and the model of the handset on the sticker.
Or by entering *#06# into your keypad and the handset should report your IMEI number.
This number is needed for the purpose of better administrate your order.
Beyond Economical Repair (BER) definition:
A BER graded handset is generally not be able to be repaired to be reused.
Greentec do accept BER phones, but we do not pay for BER phones sent to us.
Non-working definition:
Does not power up, badly damaged casing, no battery, broken/missing aerial, faulty keypad, SIM Gate broken or missing, memory card holder broken or missing, pin locked, handset back/battery cover missing or broken, handset operating system missing or corrupt
Shipping:
Please must post any trade in handset(s) to us in a jiffy envelope or boxes to our below address by recorded delivery, we will reimburse 80 pence for each delivery.

We are not responsible for any loss for post used via our free post address as this is a second class, and cannot be tracked mail services.
Please remember to be included a copy of your order with the handset(s), with the correct payment details.
Trading to Greentec:
Greentec reserve the right to refuse to purchase any items and to limit the number of the purchases that are honoured to any customer at their sole discretion. The risk of loss and the title for your items posted to us passes to us upon receiving from the carrier.
Greentec issues payment to the details the customer provides to us, we can not be responsible if incorrect details supplied.
The Value we offer for your items is upon receipt depending on their condition.
Your goods must be physically received by Greentec within five working days of your order being placed. Exceed this period, quoted prices may vary or orders may be cancelled.
Please note that prices quoted on our website are subject to change without notice from time to time, therefore we advise you to fill in the price when trade in phones with us.
Payment made:
We will endeavour to process your payment by within 3 days of receipt of your handset at our warehouse.
Payment by bank transfer: please provide the bank name, the person’s name who the payment need to be credited into, sort code, and account No.
Payment by Cheque: please provide Cheque made payable to (Name), Cheque postal address and postcode.
Payment by PayPal: please provide the PayPal account NO.
If you choose your payment via cheque, please ensure your full name and address with your order are correct during the transaction process.
Please note it will take longer for the payment process if any orders contain incorrect address, handset model or IMEI data.
